Programing is 70% of analysis, design and algorithm conception. After it is just about coding lines in a specific language. There are no good or bad languages, it is just a languages. Some are more adapted for background task, html web content, …, but it is just a language. A good algorithm has to be simple, a clever solution is most of the time a simple solution.
